The scholarship reduces the fee by $145 for first time applicants, or by $75 for planners previously approved to take the exam. If you feel you qualify, please submit a written explanation of the of financial hardship (including financial hardship caused by a budget cutback in a firm or agency), which necessitates the request. You written explanation should be sent to the APA Idaho Chapter Professional Development Officer (PDO), Diane Kushlan at dkushlan@fiberpipe.net no later than February 15, 2016.
